How we can work together:

• Intake paperwork must be completed prior to parent intake meetings. ​

  • There is no charge for the intake parent meeting. 

  • Students may attend if appropriate. 

​

​

• Sessions are 50 minutes in length in order to allow for quick conversations and transition between clients.

​

​

• Services hours are 1 PM-7 PM, Monday through Thursday. 

​

​

• Invoices are sent out on the first of the month for services incurred in the month prior. 

  • Payments are due on the 10th of the month for services in the prior month. 

  • Payments can be made by check and bank transfers (Zelle, Venmo).

• Monthly Check in Zoom meetings are offered to allow for more in-depth conversations regarding progress, strategies, and goals. 

​

​

• With permission, the Educational Therapist will collaborate with classroom teachers via email. Parents will be copied on all correspondences. 

​

​

• Educational Therapist will attend parent teacher conferences or IEP meetings when deemed necessary. Additional charges may apply. 

​

​

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
